The Method One Pre-Apprenticeship Program, delivered in partnership with Versa-Tile & Marble Inc., is designed for young men ages 18 to 24 in the Tampa area who are facing barriers to employment and career opportunities. Over the course of nine months, participants receive hands-on training in ceramic tile installation while also developing leadership, workplace professionalism, financial literacy, and other essential life skills that prepare them for long-term success.
